The Harbour Bar Bray has established itself as one of Wicklow's best live music venues. We host the best of Irish traditional music and well-loved ballads every Thurs & Sat in the main bar. Thurs - Sat we have a host of up and coming indie bands playing in the back lounge.
Many famous musicians have visited the Harbour Bar over the years such as U2, Bono, Shane MacGowan, Suzanne Vega, Mary Coughlin, Sinead O'Connor, Def Leopard, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Hothouse Flowers, Delorentos, Audio Fiction and of course local acts like The Peaking Trippers to name a few.
It is not unknown for some musicians to pop in for an impromptu session. During the week the bar hosts everything from Bulmer's Hardy Har comedy club, Rocky Horror Picture show, Open Mike nights, movie nights, book readings, Stitch & Bitch, and Burlesque.
